Enjoy meditative Somatic movement to release tension, invite ease, alignment, and freedom of movement. This practice is based on my studies as a Hanna Somatic Educator in the lineage of Thomas Hanna and 15+ years as a yoga teacher and healing arts professional. Class is free or donations are welcome.
